About Work At Height Singapore
We support Singapore building owners, MCSTs, managing agents and contractors with safe access planning and high-level works. The scope covers rope access, MEWP and boomlift access, facade maintenance, inspection support, signage, cleaning and roofline works.
How we work
Every job is planned around site conditions, access method, exclusion zones, permit requirements and rescue planning. The goal is simple: reach difficult areas safely, document the work clearly, and keep disruption low for the building.
Access method selection
Rope access, MEWP, boomlift, suspended platform or scaffold support is selected based on height, facade geometry, ground conditions, work duration and risk controls.
Safety planning
Work is prepared with risk assessment, method statement, permit-to-work coordination, equipment checks, supervision and emergency response planning where required.
Facade and high-level works
Common scopes include facade inspection support, sealant and waterproofing works, painting, cleaning, roof access support, signage and difficult-access repairs.
Who we support
Our clients usually need practical work-at-height support for occupied buildings, commercial properties, industrial facilities, condominiums, shophouses and external facade areas where normal access is difficult.
What we prepare before work starts
- Site access review and suitable work method selection.
- Risk assessment, method statement and exclusion-zone planning.
- Permit-to-work and building-management coordination where needed.
- Photo records, defect notes and handover documentation for completed works.
