We are a work-at-height contractor. We plan and execute height-access work — rope access, boomlift and scissor lift access — for façade inspection, sealant repair, painting, cleaning, signage, lighting and similar trades that need to reach a high or awkward location.

No. Work at height is the parent category. Rope access is one method of working at height. Boomlift and scissor lift access are another. The right method depends on the building, the surrounding activity and the scope of work — not on which method is fastest to mobilise.

Rope access is well suited to slim or busy façades, awkward geometry, short-duration jobs, limited ground access for lifts, and repeat maintenance with proven anchorage. It minimises ground footprint and set-up time when the geometry is right.

A boomlift or scissor lift is the right choice when there is ground access and stable hard standing, the work front is wide, the platform must support bulky materials, or the work is indoors on ceilings and electrical fittings where a scissor lift fits the footprint.

Yes. Every job we run is supported by a written risk assessment and method statement covering the access method, anchorage, PPE, exclusion zones, stop-work thresholds and rescue arrangements. We can also review documents prepared by other parties.

For rope access work, a primary rescue method is documented for every deployment, with a secondary fall-back. Rescue equipment is pre-rigged where the geometry allows. A named rescue lead is on site. For MEWP work, the operator and the standby person both know the emergency lowering procedure.

Yes. We routinely support MCSTs, facility managers and building owners on periodic façade inspection, cleaning campaigns, sealant repair and high-level maintenance. We can work under the building’s permit-to-work and method statement framework or supply our own.

Yes — roof access route review, cat ladder condition, anchor and edge protection planning, and access support for solar, antenna and AHU teams. Where existing anchors are undocumented, we propose temporary systems sized for fall arrest or restraint.

Wind speed, rain, lightning and surrounding works can all trigger a stop-work. Boomlift platforms have rated wind limits that are checked against forecasts. Rope access is paused for thunderstorm activity and heavy rain. The thresholds are written into the method statement.

For a small rope access job with a straightforward site, we can often mobilise within a week of confirmation. Larger or permit-heavy jobs need longer for planning, document review and toolbox coordination.

Yes. High-rise glass cleaning and façade cleaning are routinely done by rope access, sometimes by boomlift where ground access allows. The choice is driven by building geometry and the surrounding activity. We use standard cleaning agents and squeegee / microfibre tooling, sequence by elevation, and keep public exclusion zones in place during the work.

Yes. We provide the access side of periodic façade inspection — close-up viewing, photo records and a defect map. The inspection itself, where it is required to be signed off by a competent person, is done by or with the building’s appointed inspector. We can coordinate the access programme to fit their schedule.

We support the access and execution side of structural repairs: delaminated concrete removal, exposed-rebar treatment, steel cleaning and recoating, sealant and joint repair, and epoxy or PU crack injection. Specifying the repair scope and the final certification stays with the building’s engineer; we deliver the access, the labour and the on-site documentation.

Yes. Company signboards and logos, event and seasonal banners, advertising displays, LED and backlit signs can all be installed by rope access or boomlift depending on the position. Removal of existing signage is part of the same scope. Electrical integration for powered signage is coordinated with a licensed electrical contractor.

Yes. We can plan and deploy safety netting, temporary edge protection, horizontal lifeline systems, anchor points for rope access, and fall arrest and restraint systems. These are sized to the actual job and the actual loads — we do not quote anchorage off a template.

Some work-at-height jobs cross into confined spaces — tanks, ducts, silos, vaults and similar. Where they do, a confined-space entry plan with gas detection, ventilation and rescue-ready standby is layered on top of the height-access plan, and a permit-to-work is taken from the building. However, we do not offer rubbish chute washing and cleaning due to safety concerns for our team.

Scaffolding is one access method we coordinate where rope access or a MEWP is not suitable — for example wider work fronts, long-duration campaigns or where multiple trades need a stable platform. Scaffold types in play include modular, mobile, tower and lightweight aluminium. We can scope and coordinate scaffold access alongside rope access on the same site.

Our rope access technicians are trained in industrial rope access methods and our MEWP operators hold valid platform training. Every deployment has a designated supervisor and a written rescue plan. Specific certificates and training records can be shared with the building before a job starts.
