Façade & High-Level Works
Façades age. Sealant joints harden, paint chalks, sealant pulls away from substrate, and water finds the weak points. We support owners, MCSTs and main contractors with the access side of façade inspection and repair — choosing rope access or lift access based on the site, and working under the building’s permit and method statement framework. Singapore requires periodic façade inspection on relevant buildings; we provide the access and the photo record that supports it.

- Sealant joint cut-out, prime and re-seal works at joints and expansion points
- Crack tracing, stitch and patch repair support; epoxy / PU injection coordination
- Concrete spalling treatment support — delaminated concrete removal and exposed-rebar coating
- Steel element cleaning, treating and recoating where corrosion has set in
- High-pressure or low-pressure cleaning of cladding, glass and rendered finishes

Process
Survey
A rope-access or lift-based survey records defects with photos and a defect map. Findings are categorised by urgency to guide the repair plan.
Method statement
A written method statement covers sequencing, access method, materials, exclusion zones, wind and rain stop-work thresholds, and rescue arrangements.
Execution
Work is sequenced so finished bays are protected from over-spray and run-off. Daily progress photos are kept and shared with the client.
Hand-over
A short close-out pack documents what was done, with before and after photos for the repaired zones.
