Rope Access Metal Support Structure Installation for Banner Display

Installation of a steel cantilever support structure at the head of a glass lift shaft for banner display, using a rope access team in Singapore. Off-site bracket fabrication on a rooftop deck, lifting and bolting to the parapet, then bay-by-bay rope access from the top of the shaft to verify fixing points and rig the banner cables. Facade coordination kept the lift in service and the courtyard accessible.

Repainting with Rope Access Team, Old Police Station at Hill Street

Repainting works at the Old Hill Street Police Station building in Singapore using a rope access team. Twin-rope work-positioning systems used to refresh the colourful window shutters and surrounding facade elements bay-by-bay, with tethered paint cans and tool tethering throughout. Access was coordinated around the building elevations and the public approach below to keep the work zone clear of pedestrian traffic during shifts.

Banner Replacement for the Muslim Convert Association of Singapore

Banner replacement for the Muslim Convert Association of Singapore (MCAS Darul Arqam). Rope access team on twin-rope work-positioning systems carried out controlled removal of the old banner and installation of the new Zakat "Tapestry of Faith" campaign banner on the external elevation, with banner alignment and edge tensioning from the ropes. Access coordination around the building entrance protected visitor routes throughout the works.

Erection of 12m Height Timber Scaffolding for Ceiling Board Replacement, St Mary of the Angels Church, Bukit Batok

A 12-metre timber scaffold tower erected inside the nave of St Mary of the Angels Church, Bukit Batok, to access and replace a water-damaged ceiling board section. Tower wrapped in debris netting, decked working platforms at multiple tiers, and floor protection laid over the worship area. Scope covered controlled removal of the damaged panel, substrate preparation and reinstatement of the replacement board.

Rope Access Team for Signage Installation, The Seletar Mall

Rope access team mobilised for tenant signage installation on the geometric tiled facade of The Seletar Mall in Singapore. Twin-rope rigging from the parapet, work positioning at the signage panel, and access coordination with a ground-level boomlift for materials and supervision. Rope access supported the lift and fix of large illuminated lettering and logo elements with tool tethering throughout.
